Being part of the Procurement Platform organization, the Functional Product Owner (FPO) brings deep procurement process expertise and defines the business requirements for the development of digital procurement products in the Platform and Tech enabled transformation which will help Maersk grow its ambitions for integrating the world with integrated logistics.
The FPO team is responsible for the E2E procurement process landscape at Maersk and drives the design and adoption of transformation projects throughout the entire Maersk organization, ensuring standardization, automation, digitization, embedded control measures and operational measurements.
The FPO will be working closely with procurement teams and platform product owners located in all areas of the world. You will be part of a fast paced team where developing innovative products supports best in class procurement processes, such that we are building world class user experiences and customer journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for one or more processes including overall process design ownership down to a level 5 (SOPs, guidelines etc.)
- Along with the team of FPO(s), is responsible for a number of processes in a given domain; Maintain an overall user journey and customer journey for the end-to-end processes
