Duties
- Personal and professional serving in the restaurant, bar and conference areas
- Advising guests on menu choices and wines, including upselling
- Presentation of menus and wines
- Receipt of payment and cashing up
- Preparations for meals and events, including setting up and laying tables in the restaurant and conference areas and clearing up afterwards
