As our new HR Legal and Compliance Specialist, you will especially focus on ensuring the company adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations, and follows internal policies and procedures. This role involves close collaboration with the People & Culture team and legal department to address compliance-related issues and support the company’s global operations with a focus on the EMEA region.

Internal audits: Conduct audits to assess the company’s compliance status and identify areas for improvement. Identify potential employee relations risks and proactively address them to minimize legal exposure. External audits: Overseeing Local audits, occupational health, work environment compliance, office compliance in the EMEA locations Training and Guidance: Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees and provide guidance to P&C and management staff.
